- Use Lelune fairly and follow Discord's rules.
- Admins are responsible for what they do with Lelune, especially kicks, bans, restores and rebuilds.
- Lelune is free and comes as it is. It can be offline, and things can go wrong.
- We can stop offering Lelune to anyone, at any time.
These terms can change
We can change these terms, and Lelune's features, data handling and rules, at any time. When we do, we update the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using Lelune after a change, you accept the new version. See Changes to these terms.

1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the Lelune team ("we", "us"). They apply to everyone who uses Lelune: server owners and admins who add it to a server, and members of servers where Lelune is added.
By adding Lelune to a server or using its commands and buttons, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Lelune and remove it from your server.
2. Discord's rules apply
Lelune runs on Discord. You must also follow the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. That includes Discord's minimum age. Lelune is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Discord.
3. Using Lelune fairly
Please do not:
- use Lelune to harass, threaten, scam or harm people, or to break any law;
- use Lelune to break Discord's rules, for example to raid or spam other servers;
- try to break, overload, trick or get around Lelune's checks, limits or verification;
- copy, resell or pretend to be Lelune;
- use Lelune to collect data about members beyond what its features need.
4. Admin responsibility
Lelune's panel (/lelune) is only for server admins. Some actions change a lot at once, and admins who use them are responsible for the result:
- Rebuild server and Restore delete existing channels and roles the bot can remove and create the saved layout again. Messages in deleted channels are lost and cannot be brought back. A backup is made first, but not everything can be restored.
- Tripwire kicks or bans members who write in the trap channel, automatically and without asking. Make sure real members know not to write there.
- Lock and Unlock change channel permissions for the whole server.
- System protection recreates protected channels, roles and system messages that are deleted, and sends a direct message to the person who deleted them.
- Templates you save or import can contain channel and role names chosen by others. Check them before you use them.
Lelune asks for confirmation before big actions, but you decide whether to go ahead. Give Lelune only the permissions it needs, and only give admin rights to people you trust. You are responsible for the texts you write in Lelune, such as welcome, leave and rules messages.
5. For server members
Each server decides which Lelune features it uses and how. If you have a question about verification, a role, a kick or a ban in a server, please contact that server's admins. We do not manage individual servers and cannot undo their decisions.
6. No guarantee
Lelune is free and provided "as is". We try to keep it working well, but we do not promise that it will always be online, fast, free of mistakes, or that it will catch every raid or bot. Lelune can be offline at any time, for example for updates or when its host is down. While it is offline, features like verification, Tripwire and system protection do not work. Features can change or be removed.
7. Limits of responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost messages, channels, roles, members or data, or for any other damage that comes from using Lelune, from Lelune being offline, or from actions admins take with it. Keep your own copies of anything important. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
8. Refusing service and ending use
We can refuse, limit or stop Lelune for any server or person at any time, with or without a reason, especially if these terms are broken. We can also stop running Lelune completely.
You can stop using Lelune at any time by removing it from your server. To have your server's stored data deleted, see how to delete your data.
9. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms, and Lelune's features, data handling and rules, at any time and without asking first. When we change these terms, we update the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using Lelune after a change, that means you accept the new version. If you do not agree, please stop using Lelune and remove it from your server.
